She first joined our group in summer 2016 during a two-month internship and continued to work with us as a research assistant. She received her Bachelor degree in Engineering Physics from the University of California in Berkeley, USA.

Karl has his bachelor's of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He has worked at the Institute for Quantum Computing in Waterloo, Anyon Systems in Montreal, and he is joining ETH for nine months beginning September 2017. His interests are in engineered quantum systems, microwave engineering, fabrication, and the experimental realization of quantum computing.

Ants Remm joined the Quantum Device Lab during the Spring Semester 2017 for a Master-thesis project within the ETH Zurich Master program (MSc ETH Physics). He was  in our group for a semester project as part of his Master education. He has previously worked as a research assistant. In autumn 2018 he is continuing his activity as a PhD student in our group.
