Matthias joined our group as a Master-thesis student. He then carried out a PhD thesis in our group and continued to work with us as a PostDoc. In October 2012 Matthias moved on to the new group of Arkady Fedorov at the University of Queensland, Australia.
Stefania Lazăr is conducting a Phd-thesis at the Quantum Device Lab. She first joined our group in summer 2016 during a two-month internship and continued to work with us as a research assistant. She received her Bachelor degree in Engineering Physics from the University of California in Berkeley, USA.
Simon Storz joined the Quantum Device Lab in January 2017 as a research assistant. He has previously worked as a Master-thesis student (Msc ETH Physics) in our group.Since July 2018 he is continuing his activity as a PhD student in our group.
Ants Remm joined the Quantum Device Lab during the Spring Semester 2017 for a Master-thesis project within the ETH Zurich Master program (MSc ETH Physics). He was in our group for a semester project as part of his Master education. He has previously worked as a research assistant. In autumn 2018 he is continuing his activity as a PhD student in our group.
Graham Norris started as a PhD student in October 2018, working on the OpenSuperQ project with a focus on 3D integration. Before, he supported us as a Research Assistant. He previously conducted Semester- and Master-thesis projects within the ETH Zurich Master program (MSc ETH Physics) in our group.
Theo joined our group in May 2013 for a semester thesis project. After completing his Master's thesis (MSc ETH Physics) in our group he became a graduate student in April 2015. Theo passed away in February 2019.
Yves sucessfully completed a PhD thesis at the Quantum Device Lab in December 2017. Prior to starting his PhD thesis, he completed a master's thesis project (MSc ETH CS) in our group in 2011 and worked as a research assistant from Janaury 2012 to March 2012. After leaving the Quantum Device Lab, Yves started to work for Zurich Instruments.
Paul Magnard first joined our group as a Summer student in 2014. After completing his Masters of Advances Studies at the Universitiy of Cambrige he joined our group in September 2015 to conduct a PhD thesis.
