Simon joined the Quantum Device Lab during the Spring Semester 2021 for a Bachelor-thesis project entitled “The implementation of PC, Ethernet and DDR4 memory interfaces of RFSoC FPGA-based quantum measurement system" within the ETH Zurich Bachelor programme (BSc ETH EEIT). In additon he will support us as a Research Assistant starting in July.

Michael Marti joined the Quantum Device Lab for the Spring Semester 2021 to carry out a semester project entitled "High precision signal acquisition and processing for quantum experiments using RFSoC FPGA" within the ETH Zurich Master programme (MSc Quantum Engineering).

David Baur joined the Quantum Device Lab for the Spring Semester 2021 to carry out a semester project entitled „Design of a Microwave Source for Quantum Computing with Superconducting Qubits“ within the ETH Zurich Master programme (MSc ETH Physics).

Peter Tirler joined the Quantum Device Lab for the Spring Semester 2021 to carry out a semester project on high-throughput superconducting resonator characterization within the ETH Zurich Master programme (MSc ETH Quantum Engineering).

Simon Cichy joined the Quantum Device Lab for the Spring Semester 2021 to carry out a semester project entitled “Building a setup for cryogenic magnetic field measurements” within the ETH Zurich Master programme MSc ETH Quantum Engineering.

Diego Ruiz joined the Quantum Device Lab for the Spring Semester 2021 to carry out a semester project entitled "Deploying a new experimental setup for the characterization of superconducting quantum circuits" within the ETH Zurich Master programme (MSc ETH Quantum Engineering).

Yanliu Li joined the Quantum Device Lab during the Spring Semester 2021 for a Bachelor-thesis project entitled "Cross-entropy Benchmarking Project" as an exchange student from École Polytechnique in Paris.

Chaoxin Ding joined the Quantum Device Lab for the Spring Semester 2021 to carry out a semester project entitled "Waveguide QED with a strongly coupled double quantum dot" within the ETH Zurich Master programme (MSc ETH Quantum Engineering).
