Jonas Krause joined the Quantum Device Lab for the Fall Semester to carry out a semester project within the ETH Zurich Master programme (MSc ETH Physics). He finished an external Master student at the University of Cologne in February 2020. He's now doing a PhD on magnetic field resilient transmons at the same lab in Cologne.
Xiaohe joined the Quantum Device Lab in December 2018 for a semester project within the TU Munich Bachelor programme.
Fabian Marxer joined the Quantum Device Lab for the spring semester 2018 to carry out a semester project within the ETH Physics Master's program (MSc ETH Physics) with focus on quantum optics interactions in superconducting circuits. Afterwards he conducted a master thesis in our group and supported us as a Research Assistant. He moved on to IQM in Finland.
Stefanie joined the Quantum Device Lab for a semester thesis project within the ETH Zurich Master program (MSc ETH Physics) during the Spring Semester 2018.
Christian joined the Quantum Device Lab for the Spring Semester 2018 to carry out a semester project regarding an optimization of a cryogenic switch as part of the Physics Bachelor degree at the ETH Zürich (BSc ETH Physics).
David joined the Quantum Device Lab in Spring Semester 2018 to carry out a semester project within the ETH Zürich Master program (MSc ETH Physics). The project comprises the increase of qubit-qubit coupling with a lumped element resonator.
Peng joined the Quantum Device Lab during the fall term 2016. He is interested in different aspects of quantum information science, and was working towards an MSc in physics.
Wolf joined the Quantum Device Lab in 2006 as one of our first semester students. He worked on the characterization of Josephson junctions used in our supercoducting qubits. After his Master's thesis at ENS Paris he carried out his PhD in a joined project in the Quantum Photonics Group and the Advanced Semiconductor Materials Group together with Prof. Dr. Atac Imamoglu and Prof. Dr.
completed a semester thesis project within the ETH Zurich Bachelor study program (BSc ETH Interdisciplinary Sciences) during the spring semester 2012.
